Kraisate is amazing. Our itinerary ended up being perfect with just the right amount of activities per day. There is so much to do in Japan that we need to go back and perhaps stay longer! Kraisate was able to answer all our questions and even did research to find out unique places we wanted to go. He definatly went over and beyond with everything and even checked up on us during our vacation. When we go back, we will totally seek Kraisate out again! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for an amazing trip !

Kraisate helped us plan a very ambitious two week trip for 7 adults who speak zero Japanese. We had done a good amount of research, and his help was key in setting up all the details. We really wanted to visit some out of the way places, but we did not want to rent a car. His help was key in setting up the travel plan so it all worked and our stays were booked in advance. Then while we were traveling, Kraisate made some last minute booking changes that really saved the day. When we texted with questions, his answers were quick and super helpful. Besides being warm, friendly and knowledgeable, Kraisate is a very hard working guy who clearly cares a lot about delivering a great service. We really appreciated his help and felt the service was excellent.

Kraisate is awesome! He helped me plan a weekend in Nagoya, Japan (with co workers I had never met before), as well as two weeks in Japan with my family. My co-workers kept asking me: "have you been here before, how did you know all if this?" And my family loved they didn't have to plan everything out :) It was so helpful to reach out to him in moments of uncertainty and get guidance. What a great resource!!

Kraisate was great. We followed all of his recommendations and had a great time in Tokyo and Kyoto. He was super responsive and checked in on us frequently during the trip.

I can't say enough Kraisate for what he did for us when we visited Japan for 2 weeks. He has great knowledge of the cities we were visiting along with recommending historic places to site see and restaurants to eat at. Highly recommend Kraisate if you're looking for a tour guide to Japan and Thailand.

Kraisate Wongworapat was absolutely fantastic in all respects. His knowledge, eagerness to help, and good humor made him the best guide one could hope for. I really appreciated that he always got back to me with my questions and concerns as soon as possible and always picked up when I needed to call, day or night. He always had alternatives when a plan didn’t work out and his background knowledge of history made him a fascinating guide to work with. Most of all, his positive, upbeat attitude allayed worries and his bright, personality made him a joy to work with. Should I have need of an itinerary builder in the future I will absolutely call on Kraisate and recommend him to friends when the topic of travel comes up

We asked Kraisate to help us with our trip to Hokkaido in August, and were so glad we did! He is super friendly, responsive, responsible, and knowledgeable. We are pretty experienced Japan travelers, but had not traveled in Hokkaido. So it was great to have Kraisate’s help finding good restaurants and things to see & do (we already had our hotel reservations), especially because we were driving across Hokkaido and weren’t sure if there would be much available in the mountains or if it would be more difficult to get around without fluent Japanese (we speak some, but are far from fluent). He was willing to call places to make reservations or ask for more information, and was very flexible about incorporating the things we already knew we wanted to do. And he checked in with us every day while we were traveling to make sure everything was going okay. I’d highly recommend him!

Kraisate was wonderful. The itinerary that he put together was very easy to follow and had a lot of variety. I was even able to contact him
last minute to provide a personal tour. And we met for lunch on another occasion. He is very friendly and responsive. He kept in contact with me throughout my trip. Would definitely hire him in the future.
