Kraisate was absolutely amazing to work with! It was because of Kraisate’s help and expertise that my wife and I were able to have such an enjoyable time traveling around Japan. I had never used ViaHero or a guide before to help plan a trip, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Even so, Kraisate far exceeded any expectations I could have had. During the planning process, Kraisate made sure to listen to what my wife and I were wanting out of the trip, and he curated an extremely detailed itinerary making sure to include specific places we knew we wanted to see as well as places he recommended based on what we hoped to experience. My wife and I were blown away by how detailed and helpful the itinerary was, providing information such as attraction costs, which train lines to take to get to the attraction and so much more. Communication was also excellent not only leading up to our trip, but while we were in Japan as well. We happened to get caught in a typhoon while in Tokyo, and Kraisate made sure to keep us updated on weather conditions and help us communicate with our hotels/reservations in case of weather-related delays. He also made sure to check on us throughout the trip and provide additional recommendations for sight-seeing spots and restaurants. Kraisate was an amazing Hero to work with and my wife and I can’t thank him enough for helping to make our honeymoon in Japan such an incredible and memorable experience. For those who are looking for a Hero to help plan their next trip, we highly recommend Kraisate!

We are a family of seven and Kraisate planned our trip taking into account everybody’s wish list. When we made a last minute change Kraisate would respond quickly to help us make our changes happen smoothly. He checked on us frequently to see that we were enjoying our trip. It was a comfort to have him take care of our family. It was a wonderful Christmas vacation.

Kraisate was incredible. The guidebook he put together was very detailed and full of wonderful things to do. I felt confident in navigating the complex transportation system of Japan by simply following the guide. He worked with me to make the itinerary exactly as I dreamed and was always quick to respond to questions or changes. During the trip he checked in often and was always ready and able to answer questions! I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would plan with him again!

Kraisate was a fantastic planner and guide for us. He came up with an amazing itinerary based on our interests and was such a caring person. I got a cold on my trip and he was great with checking in on me as well as helping me find pharmacies. Overall, he is just a great person!

Kraisate was very flexible and willing to change the itinerary for me as we dialed in the trip along the way. In country access to him via Whats App was very helpful with excellent response time (sometimes under 1 minute!!!).
